Caroline County Sheriff, Scott Moser, announces that the Caroline County Emergency Communications Center (911) is now able to receive emergency text messages!
This new technology works in conjunction with dispatch software currently used by Caroline County Emergency Dispatchers and provides an additional way anyone in Caroline County can request help from emergency services.
